According to Lookonchain, a newly created wallet recently withdrew 7,000 ETH, worth approximately $13.46 million, from Binance before staking the entire amount, removing the tokens from immediate market circulation.

A dormant whale returned to purchase 10,501 ETH using nearly $20 million in USDC, while two newly created wallets collectively withdrew more than 86,000 ETH from Binance and Gemini before committing those holdings to staking. Meanwhile, former BitMEX CEO Arthur Hayes expanded his Ethereum exposure with the purchase of another 1,332.5 ETH, valued at roughly $2.53 million, while an early Ethereum ICO participant became active after more than a decade.
