He argued that this could allow these actors to continue, or even increase, their unfair profits from the US.
Trump, expressing his “extreme disappointment” with the decision, argued that the court could not have intended such an outcome. He claimed that countries and companies that have allegedly earned billions of dollars from the U.S. over the decades could reap “unprecedented” gains as a result of this ruling.
