A successful breakout above this zone would invalidate the current bearish structure and could trigger a relief rally toward $1,950-$2,000, where the next major supply zone exists.

Beyond the technical structure, derivatives’ positioning paints a cautious picture. Ethereum Open Interest has declined significantly, falling from levels above $30 billion to nearly $23-$24 billion, according to the chart.
