China injects massive liquidity
China has recently begun injecting liquidity into global markets, signaling support for current financial conditions. According to Solana News on X (formerly Twitter), approximately ¥351.8 billion (around $50 billion) was added.
Meanwhile, CME Group data shows a 50% probability of a U.S. interest rate cut to between 3.50% and 3.75% on the 10th of December.
In the U.S., capital injections are expected, but only if interest rates are lowered.

Analysts said that things were shifting even with the Chinese capital infusion. However, the Binance founder backed the long-term uptrend of the crypto markets.
Times are changing, but…
According to analyst Avocado, it’s premature to declare the end of the bull season. Instead, he observed shifting seasonal patterns in the crypto market.
He pointed out that Bitcoin is likely to remain resilient, while altcoins may face challenges, an outlook supported by on-chain data indicating the market is currently in a mid-cycle phase.
In his note on X, Avocado wrote,
“…Bitcoin’s cycle is proceeding along an extended timeline… Altcoins really seem like they’re going to struggle a lot… It’s time to think beyond Plan B rather than denying reality.
Despite the changing market conditions, Binance founder CZ downplayed the impact of the dips, insisting they were not cause for concern.
While analysts acknowledged a shift in sentiment, CZ remained confident in the market’s continued growth, stating:
“Every dip, some people think it’s the end of time. Time continues.”
Altogether, the observations showed that while crypto might be struggling, the long-term outlook remained bullish. This was evident from on-chain activity in the derivative and spot markets, as seen in the charts.
Massive bid walls are being built, but are they enough?
Binance Futures data revealed large bid walls between $96,000 and $97,000, coinciding with China’s recent liquidity injection. This cluster reflected strong bullish activity, with over 2,800 BTC accumulated as buyers stepped in during the dip.
This price zone sat just above the monthly order block. However, the bid wall failed to hold the level at the time of writing.

All in all, the data showed the markets were weakening even though liquidity was flowing in. This meant that the capital was yet to be priced in.
As such, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies could recover.
