The launch begins with the “Road to World Cup ’26 Tournament,” where participants can compete for 20 official FIFA Collect RTBs (Right to Buy Tickets) for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Winners of these RTBs gain the right to purchase official tickets directly from FIFA for select matches. The tournament also includes rewards in $TICO tokens and other platform incentives. Through Funtico Sports, fans can join global competitions by purchasing a Fan Ticket with $TICO.
Game developers and publishers can also benefit by gaining access to a growing community of sports fans who are entering Web3 for the first time. The platform offers tools for developers to build and publish sports-themed games within its ecosystem, with cross-game interoperability supported by $TICO.
The initial launch includes the new tournament, a casual soccer game, and additional reward mechanisms. Payments in both crypto and fiat are supported, making the system accessible to a global audience.
