Chainlink price is approaching a critical support zone as persistent exchange outflows offer a potential counterpoint to its recent decline. LINK has retreated from its October peak near $16 and is trading around $11.40, leaving buyers under pressure. Meanwhile, exchange-flow data shows an extended streak of net withdrawals from Binance.
Can declining exchange balances support a recovery, or will sellers push LINK lower before buyers return?
18 Days of LINK Outflows From Binance: Is Accumulation Underway?
Chainlink recorded 18 consecutive days of net outflows from Binance, with approximately 280,200 LINK withdrawn on a net basis during the period, according to the exchange-flow data shown in the analysis. Persistent net outflows can indicate that tokens are moving away from exchange wallets into private custody. If holders intend to retain their tokens rather than trade them actively, this movement could reduce the supply immediately available for sale on the exchange.

The data also shows that a net inflow of approximately 8.7 million LINK preceded the withdrawal streak, meaning some subsequent outflows may reflect the redistribution of that earlier deposit.

Will Chainlink Price Rebound?
Chainlink faces two competing signals: persistent Binance outflows and a price chart that remains under pressure. The outflows may indicate that some holders are moving tokens away from exchanges, but they do not establish that fresh accumulation is taking place.
The immediate test is whether LINK can defend $11.00–$11.50 and reclaim $12.10–$12.30. Holding support would preserve the possibility of a rebound, while a breakdown below $11 could expose lower support levels.
