Key Participants
BLOOM includes fintechs, crypto firms, and banks. Circle will offer the infrastructure of USDC stablecoin. Coinbase will deal with custodial and institutional access. Singapore banks DBS, OCBC and UOB will be added. Partior will offer multi-bank rails of blockchain. The combination of actors brings together conventional finance and online finance. Technical Design
