First place is Meatless. This winning entry offers an incentive-based app that rewards consumers for choosing sustainable food products. By leveraging VeChainThor’s fast and scalable transactions, Meatless promotes eco-friendly choices and makes them rewarding for users.
Carbonic is in second place. Carbonic acts as a bridge between consumers and businesses, encouraging smarter spending habits through a blockchain rewards system. By automating carbon accounting for businesses and offering carbon cashback for consumers, Carbonic drives sustainable business practices and spending.
Finally, DishDeal is in third place. DishDeal takes an innovative approach to food waste by using AI and AR to convert excess food into 3D NFTs. The platform connects consumers with restaurants, promotes sustainable purchasing and rewards users with tokens for every transaction on the VeChainThor blockchain.
