Union Labs, the sovereign interoperability layer, has announced a strategic partnership with Lava, the modular access layer for Web3, marking the start of an Incentivized Public Remote Procedure Call (ipRPC) campaign with a rewards pool worth $100,000 in token rewards. The collaboration aims to promote community engagement and growth within the Union and wider interoperable ecosystems.

Scheduled to kick off with the launch of Union’s mainnet scheduled for this summer, the campaign seeks to boost participation in public RPC infrastructure and streamline the process for developers and node operators. Through Lava, node operators will have the opportunity to become Union RPC providers, giving developers a single point of access to Union’s testnet.
Karel Kubat, Founder and CEO of Union Labs, commented: “Lava’s alignment with our standards for safety, speed and reliability makes this partnership a natural fit – one that will benefit our entire community.”
“The speed at which Lava Network operates is critical for Web3 applications, which often require hundreds of RPC calls to keep a single screen running smoothly and updating data in real time.”
Karel Kubat, founder and CEO of Union Labs
“This steadfast commitment to speed and security is not just a technical consideration – because you simply cannot communicate effectively with the network without RPC – but a fundamental driver for improved UX and overall ecosystem growth.”
Lava Network, as the modular access layer for blockchains, prioritizes fast and reliable responses by routing user queries through a decentralized network of data providers.
Yair Cleper, CEO and co-founder of Lava, underscored the importance of access and interoperability in scaling blockchain adoption, affirming Lava and Union’s shared vision of empowering developers to build without limitations.
