NFT Collection CryptoAngels by Trevor Jones: From Archangels to Ordinal Numbers
As expected, Trevor Jones has enthusiastically announced his latest collection, the CryptoAngels, which marks a new chapter in the world of digital art linked to the blockchain.
Known for his artwork celebrating Bitcoin, Jones inaugurated this collection with a so-called preparatory phase Archangelssold for 87.9 ETH ($335,291).
These collectible packs included a physical bronze sculpture featuring the classic Bitcoin Angel, a 3D NFT avatar, and an Archangel Ordinal, all of which quickly sold out.
The second phase of the collection will be launched on August 7 and will be available for minting OrdinalsBot. It consists of 7,777 unique CryptoAngels in appearance, each personally named by Jones, and initially accessible via a whitelist.
Based on the symbols of the constellations on their shields, the CryptoAngels are divided into 21 cohorts, each correlated with one of the gatherers of Archangels from the previous phase. This is how sub-communities are created within the collection.
Seven special CryptoAngels 1/1 are not aligned with an archangel, making them exceptionally rare.
