We’re going to wrap things up today with some silly (fun + stupid) news.
Crypto.com just took over the Las Vegas Sphere with a huge BTC symbol.
Serious! Here’s a video of it.
While it is it is the first crypto-related ad to appear on the Sphere not the first to propose a big crypto advertisement there.
In March, the Dogwifhat (WIF) meme coin community raised more than $700,000 to get their dog on the Sphere.
Unfortunately for WIF, crypto.com beat them.
Okay, so this is bullshit news, but can we make some sense of it?
The idea of having a huge BTC symbol on the side of the Las Vegas Sphere so that thousands can see it in real time and millions can see it on the Internet means:
-
The bull run has officially arrived – brace yourself for mania.
-
Now that Crypto.com has broken the seal on crypto advertising on the Sphere, you can expect a lot more.
-
Crypto.com has way too much money.
Okay, that’s it!
Happy Hump Day 🙂
