Binance CEO Richard Teng says that the election of pro-Crypto-American president Donald Trump uses a prosperous era for digital assets around the world.
In a new interview with Bloomberg Television, Teng says that Trump, who has been in office for a little more than four weeks, will help stimulate the adoption of crypto activa in new heights, especially by financial institutions and governments.
“The year ended with the election of a pro-Crypto-president, President Trump, and that gave good optimism in this space. And I predict that it will be the start of the Golden Age of Crypto. I think that momentum will continue.
Last year we started the year with 170 million users on Binance. We ended the year 240 million users. So we have added 70 million users throughout the year and our institutional users have actually more than doubled in the past year. So it’s a fantastic series of results. And this year we have now reached 260 million users worldwide. So we are the biggest global crypto exchange. ”
Teng believes that there is already more interest in digital assets now than ever before, because Trump is an interruption of the anti-crypto policy of the former US President Joe Biden, including “Choke Point 2.0” crypto industry.
