Geojam, the social media platform backed by world-renowned pop singer Maria Carey and powered by both artificial intelligence and blockchain technology, has signed a contract with top Hollywood talent agency WME.
Representing a slew of traditional Hollywood talent such as Keanu Reeves, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and Martin Scorsese, WME has slowly built a list of web3 clients, including early NFT pioneer Mack Flavelle, who co-founded from CryptoKitties. The talent agency said it will aim to score Geojam brand deals while exploring ways creators can interact with their fans.
“Our goal is to expand Geojam’s presence and create even more opportunities for collaboration and growth,” Geojam co-founder and CEO Sarah Figueroa said in a statement.
Geojam allows users to create and share content in response to AI prompts, while also earning the platform’s native token. The company’s strategy focuses on increasing engagement between “friends and followers” using AI and daily clues. Geojam counts musical stars such as Tyga, Machine Gun Kelly and Carey on its list of donors.
Carey also serves as an executive advisor to Geojam. The famed singer and company previously teamed up to auction off an NFT that gave the winning bidder the chance to meet Carey while flying on a private jet.
