L’Oréal Brandstorm Contest: What You Need to Know
Essentially, Brandstorm is a global metaverse competition of L’Oréal Groupe and the metaverse events company RLTY. This competition aims to support talented students in the beauty niche to evolve and gain popularity in their new careers.
For example, this year’s main theme is “Cracking the New Beauty Codes.” Each participant must come up with an augmented beauty project using VR, AI technology and other Web3 tools. The best projects get access to Salesforce’s e-learning platform, an official certification and a presentation of their ideas with the experienced team at L’Oréal.
“Brandstorm has become a universe of opportunity for all participants, and this year we decided to take the experience further for them by bringing to life a dedicated space in web3,” explained Director of Talent Acquisition Stefanie Messner. “Brandstorm strives to upskill and develop young people worldwide, to become such a career booster for all participants. At the same time, it is a unique opportunity for L’Oréaliens to be close to the young generation and to give back!”
Why did the group collaborate with RLTY?
RLTY is a metaverse-focused platform founded in January 2022 by three co-founders: Raphaël Assouline, Jérôme Guilmet and Zack Sabban. This innovative brand helps companies tailor the perfect metaverse events and experiences to showcase their vision through Web3 technology. For example, RLTY can offer their customers their own 3D environment – a smart solution from Metaverse.
L’Oréal’s highly anticipated Brandstorm competition may be the perfect opportunity to put the spotlight on the future generation and their bright minds.
