Korean crypto services company Team Blackbird, which operates the blockchain data and analytics platform CryptoQuant, said it has introduced a crypto wallet in partnership with SK Telecom (SKT), the largest mobile phone company in South Korea by users.
Users of the T-wallet product will get access to a blockchain-based application on their phones that will allow them to store tokens and access CryptoQuant’s on-chain analytics tools – which can help support their market operations, said Team Blackbird CEO Ki Young Joo in a message to CoinDesk on Wednesday.
Jong Seung Kim, leader of SKT’s Web3 Business team, said the wallet could contribute to a booming crypto market in Korea, which is known for high trading volumes and significant local interest.
CryptoQuant is a data and research company that provides on-chain data analytics services to institutional clients worldwide. The company has exclusive partnerships with global companies such as the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME Group) and credit rating agency Moody’s to provide certain on-chain terminal data and research.
