We know it can be difficult to mention this story under ‘🔎 This seems important’ – But listen to us!
We believe that the leeway is a big one (we dare say, mainly) driver of crypto adoption in the coming years, because gamers have been working for hours to collect digital items and in-game currency, for fun!
Giving real value to these items/currencies feels like a logical next step in the growth of the industry – and crypto is the way to do that.
Now. Here is the problem …
The fact that a team of developers knows how to assemble a game does not mean that they know how to cod/integrate them on blockchain-based in-game items/currencies.
That is a steep learning curve!
Unified APIs such as GameHift help to solve this.
Think of it when building a house all over again (no API), versus building a house using prefabricated modular pieces (with an API).
To be able to do both, you still need experience in construction, but the latter is a lot easier and faster!
