These fun, community-driven tokens may have started as jokes, but many now have strong support and real trading volume. Analyst Lark Davis has listed five memecoins under $1 that could see big price gains this cycle.
Dogecoin (DOGE)
Dogecoin is the oldest and most famous memecoin. It’s currently trading around $0.23 and has a market cap of over $35 billion. In the last bull run, DOGE reached $0.73. If it hits that level again, investors could see a 3x return.
With talk of a possible Dogecoin ETF and new big investors coming in, DOGE could be ready for another strong rally.

PENGU
PENGU is the official token of the Pudgy Penguins NFT ecosystem and runs on the Solana blockchain. It launched recently and has already pumped over 300%. The current price is still under $0.10.
With growing support from the NFT community and even a proposed ETF combining PENGU and NFTs, this coin could be heading for higher prices.

PEPE
Based on the internet-famous frog, PEPE has gained massive popularity purely through its meme appeal. What makes PEPE stand out is its simplicity. It has no transaction tax, liquidity is permanently locked, and the smart contract is immutable, meaning it can’t be changed. PEPE now has a market cap of over $5 billion, making it the third-largest memecoin in the world.
Its current price is $0.000012. While it may not deliver 100x returns like it once did, a 3x to 5x move is possible if the memecoin season kicks off again.
BONK
BONK is the leading memecoin on Solana. It’s trading around $0.000032 and has a market cap of about $2.5 billion. BONK recently launched a meme creation platform that’s already bringing in over $1 million in revenue per day.
With part of that revenue used to burn tokens, BONK’s price could rise fast if demand grows.
BRETT
BRETT is the top meme coin on Coinbase’s Base network. Its price is around $0.057, with a market cap near $600 million.
It hasn’t yet been listed on major exchanges like Coinbase or Binance. If that happens, the analyst said that BRETT could easily surge and possibly deliver a 5x to 10x return.
