Enjin Blockchain has added TestNet support for Stablecoins USDC and USDT, making it possible to use it within its NFT and Gaming Ecosystem via Hyperbridge.
Stablecoins go to Enjin Blockchain, with USD Coin (USDC) and Tether (USDT) now live on Hyperbridge’s Testnet in a movement that, according to the team, says that the cross-chain utility will unlock.
The upgrade uses Enjin’s Multitoken Pallet, which supports the creation and transfer of many types of tokens, including Stablecoins, the team said in a Thursday blog notice. The pallet is part of Enjin’s on substrate-based blockchain architecture and underlying functions such as the on-chain marketplace, NFT Minting and SDK/API access.
With the TestNet setup, users can lock their USDC or USDT on Ethereum or BNB chain, and then step in Hyperbridge to confirm the action and attach a matching stablecoin version -a multi -smoking -on Enjin Blockchain.
The team said that locking the original token in a hyperbridge safe in a “decentralized, user -oriented way” takes place, and added that the process does not include the apps or platforms from Enjin and is fully managed by hyperbridge smart contracts and relayers.
The team said that once was beaten, the multitokens work just like any other token within the Enjin -Ecosystem, and noted that many games and platforms on Enjin Matrixchain NFTs and similar functions already support.

They added that the system was designed to maintain a 1: 1 -link between the original stablecoin and the multitoken version on Enjin. According to the team, both the locking and the coin steps are publicly verifiable and can be checked. To regain the original token, users can burn their multi -docks on Enjin, who activate a reverse process to unlock the original actively.
The new test network builds on Enjin’s wider push to grow the acceptance of his own blockchain, which was launched in September 2023 as an adapted network built on the Polkadot substrate framework.
In December 2023, the team completed a large migration, in which 200 million NFTs were moved to its mainnet to encourage the use of his network. The campaign enabled users to claim their assets on the Enjin Blockchain with the help of an updated Enjin wallet.
