Decentraland has just released the official schedule for the second Metaverse Fashion Week (MVFW). In fact, this is the biggest fashion event in the Metaverse – and the guests live up to the status! From Tommy Hilfiger to Gucci, DKNY, Vogue and Adidas, the list is even more impressive than last year’s. The MVFW runs from March 28 to 31, so let’s dive right in!
Decentraland’s Metaverse Fashion Week: Which Luxury Fashion Brands Will Be There?
The highly anticipated Web3 fashion event, Metaverse Fashion Week, kicks off in big style on March 28. The most popular area will of course be the Luxury District. Visitors will see some of the most iconic physical fashion brands, including:
- Tommy Hilfiger, which will host AI-generated fashion items and daily drops;
- DKNY with its own art gallery, rooftop lounge and pizzeria;
- Dolce Gabbanawhich will focus on promoting new talents in the industry;
- DUNDAS currently ready to launch new Wearables in collaboration with DressX.
In addition, Miami Fashion Week will also participate in a digital fashion week for the first time. All these brands offer fashion shows, exclusive events, new NFT drops and other surprises.
However, Genesis City is just as fascinating – here’s why:
What can you find in Genesis City?
For starters, you can attend an exclusive show dedicated to the late Vivienne Westwood of the Digital Design Community. Adidas (a leading physical fashion brand in the Web3 world) will unveil its first NFT-only collection.
If you’re looking to party, Diesel and HAPE will host an exclusive event with surprise NFT airdrops for attendees. On the wearable front, Vegas City will also be dropping new collectibles with Perry Ellis. In addition, you can check out more surprises from Clarks, Dragon City, The Museum District and more.
Will digital fashion designers be there too?
Of course, Decentral and Metaverse Fashion Week wouldn’t be complete without the best Web3 fashion makers. For example, the popular web3 fashion brand DRESSX will debut with a flagship store in the Metaverse. Meanwhile, FASHION ZOO organizes its first annual awards ceremony for Chinese fashion: the FASHION FUTURE AWARDS.
The list of web3 designers at MVFW also includes Phygicode, The Fabricant, Altr, and House of Web3. Last but not least, Vogue Singapore will announce the winners of its digital fashion competition at the event.
Overall, this year’s Decentraland Metaverse Fashion Week is full of exciting surprises and entertaining experiences. Whether you’re a fashion victim, NFT collector or a Web3 newbie, this opportunity is a must-see, so get your hot wallet ready!
