Kingship, a fictional ‘supergroup’ consisting of Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT avatars created by Universal Music Group’s 10:22PM label have been expanded to Roblox with the launch Thursday of an interactive world on the popular gaming platform.
The Kingship Islands game Roblox sees players “crash onto a paradise island and embark on a quest to unite the band members,” according to the announcement. Players can earn free in-game items and avatar emotes for the first six weeks after launch.
Kingship has also created animated avatar accessories that use Roblox’s facial animation technology. These items, as well as Kingship-themed emotes, are available for purchase through the in-game store and through the Roblox Marketplace.
