Given the seemingly unstoppable momentum in Bitcoin’s price action, a new all-time high on the BTCUSD trading pair is less than 2% away. Meanwhile, thanks to the supply of new BTC since 2021, BTC’s market cap chart has reached a new all-time high of over $1.3 trillion.
BTC Market Cap Sets New Record ATH
Crypto bulls have something to celebrate today, even if BTCUSD is yet to hit a new all-time high. That’s because the market cap chart does, and the total value of the Bitcoin network is currently around $1.33 trillion.
The previous peak was set outright at $1.3 trillion in December 2021, just before the top cryptocurrency hit the bottom of a bear market.

Other Bitcoin Charts at New All-Time Highs
The BTC market cap chart, as calculated by TradingView, is not the only non-USD chart to reach new all-time highs. The reigning king of crypto has also broken records in more than a dozen different national currencies, such as the Australian dollar, which trades for more than $100,000 per coin.
At current prices of $67,900, BTCUSD is less than 2% away from a new all-time high. Can the top cryptocurrency set a new record this week?
