Billionaire biohacker Bryan Johnson says crypto and longevity are ‘best friends’ – and amplifies the sentiment by sponsoring an NFT airdrop.
Johnson’s Blueprint project, in collaboration with DRiP and digital artist Degen Poet, has created a collection of NFTs on the Solana blockchain, with the Blueprint collection being released on Monday as a free airdrop for DRiP holders.
“We have been best friends for a long time and have so much to do together,” Johnson wrote on Twitter. [Degen Poet] has warmly welcomed me and our Don’t Die community and created a unique collection of typewriter art.”

The Blueprint Collection, according to DRiP Haus, consists of three pieces, and collectors can claim any collectible of varying rarities, from common to legendary.
“[Bryan] came across DRiP and what we were doing, and one of our artists, Degen Poet, in particular,” said Vibhu Norby, co-founder and CEO of DRiP Haus Declutter in an interview. “We thought it might be interesting to have Degen Poet do some art and introduce him to crypto in a really cool way.”
Bryan Johnson has not yet responded Declutter request for comment.
As Norby explained, DRiP account holders can sign up for free with an invite code or join for 0.1 SOL on their wallet balance. Users can claim the airdrop, which is processed in real time, with DRiP covering the gas costs. These collectibles, added to users’ wallets, are tagged to indicate their origin.
“What’s nice about this [airdrops], Norby continued. In addition to being delivered to your wallet and rewarding you for your involvement, the collectible itself will appear in the context of your vault alongside other collectibles, but it will have a special sponsored label on it and make it clear how it all worked.

An airdrop refers to the moment when free tokens or coins are distributed to the wallets of active members of the blockchain community. Unsurprisingly, airdrops are highly anticipated events in the cryptocurrency space.
Last week, a mysterious figure dropped 21,000 Ordinal inscriptions to Bitcoin users. This airdrop was followed on Friday by an airdrop of a whopping 643,652 WEN tokens to more than a million wallets.
Johnson’s involvement in an NFT project isn’t as strange as it sounds. Norby explained that members of the Solana community worked with Johnson on the design of his Blueprint Protocol and product line.
Known for his “don’t die” mantra, Johnson has invested more than $4 million in his quest for immortality, with the majority going toward scientific research and measurement protocols to improve health and reverse aging.
“The core of this effort was organized by SuperTeamDAO; they are a powerhouse within Solana,” said Norby. “They have teams around the world working with companies, apps and protocols, helping them solve problems and get started. One of their projects is Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint.”
Norby praised Degen Poet’s work, claiming that his collection on DRiP is the most traded collection of all time on any blockchain.
“At the end of the day, it’s really about art and Degen Poet is an incredibly celebrated artist within Solana, probably the most celebrated,” Norby said. “The fact that Bryan fell in love with his work is the only reason this is possible.”
