According to the company, it has joined forces with Inco, a global confidentiality layer related to Web3, to integrate exclusive confidential services for rollups. Altlayer’s partnership with Inco integrates the confidentiality layer for DApps
The platform noted that Inco’s Universal Confidential Computing Layer technology will be highly beneficial for dApps. It added that the project will enable various decentralized applications that require computing over sensitive data. In addition to AltLayer, Inco also shared a post on X to express its excitement about the development.
It revealed that the latest collaboration integrates Inco’s aforementioned advanced technology to enable fully on-chain dApps for rollup solutions. In addition, AltLayer discussed the significance of confidentiality calculations. It added that several games rely on hidden data as included in the gameplay. Therefore, the confidentiality calculation reportedly plays an important role in several things.
They take into account the encryption of votes across the chain, store battle procedures, keep track of player statistics, and so on. In addition, developers also benefit from the security, decentralization and scalability of AltLayer’s rollups. This will reportedly allow the developers to use confidentiality features while using dApps through Inco. In addition, the company has invited all consumers and said that they are eligible to use the allocation check.
