Web3 developer Alchemy has announced the acquisition of NFT Launchpad Heymint, the startup behind the Web3 initiatives used by MasterCard, Ubisoft and much more.
According to a press release sent to crypto.news, the blockchain infrastructure designer wants to accelerate the development of his smart wallets solution due to its latest acquisition.
By bringing the Heymint and Heymint Quest teams in the fold, the company hopes to expand its support for developers, simplify integrations and further expand them in the development of the Smart Wallet solutions of the project. On a day, Alchemy hopes to change Smart Wallets in the standard way to board new users in the Web3 room.
According to data from Analytics-Site Bundelbear, Alchemy (ACH) is currently the number one smart wallet in the ERC-4337-Ecosystem, with more than 13 million smart portfolios.
Due to the integration of Heymint in the business structure of Alchemy, the co-founder of Heymint and CTO, Florsmans de Vry and other members of the Heymint team will become members of the company.
The VRY is known in the crypto room as a reputable web3 developer who has also founded the British blockchain automation company Fuse Robotics. The co-founder of Heymint is willing to contribute SDK knowledge and years of experience in scaling critical blockchain applications.

“Participating in Alchemy gives us the scale and reach to bring that vision further, user, for the first authorities available to every developer and project,” De Vry said in his statement.
De Vry founded the NFT-oriented startup next to Mai Akiyoshi and Ben Yu. With more than 1 million users, Heymint is known for making different tools that do not require coding experience. More than 40,000 makers have used Heymint’s tools and generate around $ 38 million in combined NFT sales.
Not only that, the team also helped support a number of Web3 initiatives for large companies, including Mastercard, Ubisoft, Universal Music Group and the Sandbox.
President and co-founder of Alchemy, Joe Lau, said that the company is looking forward to making the Heymint team on board. He hopes that integration will help improve and accelerate innovation for the smart portfolios of the company.
