In a final update, the US SEC has recognized the XRP Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) from Bitwise. The crypto community celebrates the move and sees it as a positive signal for the price of XRP.
The sec has invited Comments about the proposal, with a deadline 21 days after it is published in the Federal Register. After this period, the agency will decide whether it should approve, reject or initiate the procedure.
The SEC has previously recognized Spot XRP ETF invoices of 21Shares and Grayscale, but still has to tackle the archives of Canary Capital and Wisdomtree, so that the crypto community eagerly awaits their decision.
The XRP community is enthusiastic about the developing, in the hope that it can lead to a price increase. Despite a current decline, experts are still optimistic about the future growth of XRP.
