But that was only halfway through the coin’s 48-hour period. In all, a protocol called Holograph allowed fans to hit the NFT over 300,000 times across several chains, and the lion’s share of collectors claimed their token on Polygon.
Created by CXIP Labs, the protocol takes a multi-chain approach to art and digital collectibles, acquiring assets “that exist as separate instances in multiple execution environments,” according to the protocol’s notes. website.
Users can then bridge the NFTs – unique digital tokens that indicate ownership of an item, often digital art – across chains. It currently supports Ethereum, Avalanche, BNB Chain, and Polygon.

The NFT is currently available on secondary marketplaces like OpenSea, but each chain has its own dedicated page, be it for Ethereum-based versions of “Gleam” or those that to exist on Polygon.

Of the 301,798 times “Gleam” was hit, the NFT was hit about 203,000 times on Polygon, the Ethereum scaling solution, a Holograph spokesperson told Decryptciting a dune ask.
That was significantly more than versions of “Gleam” minted on Avalanche or BNB Chain, which totaled about 53,000 and 46,000 respectively. On Ethereum, the collectible was minted only 82 times.
However, the total number of unique wallets that participated in the open-edition mint was about 164,000, the spokesperson said, citing another Dune ask. One wallet hit “Gleam” a total of 1,241 times, while at least 50 other wallets hit “Gleam” more than 100 times.
Holograph’s first collaboration in April, which was also an open edition, featured “Mosh Pit 2000” by Dan Witz and were available for minting for $45, and collected 444 times. Similarly, Spacebrat’s “Gleam” gained significantly more traction.
